2024-25 School Registration

SCHOOL ENROLLMENT IS ONLINE
First day of school is August 14, 2024
 

Please gather documentation in electronic form (PDF, JPEG) and attach to your submission. If you are unable to complete the enrollment form in one session, you may save your progress and return at a later time. 

 

Laptops are available at the District Office for enrollment use if needed during office hours: M-F, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

 

Proof of Residence is Required

Gather the following documentation before you begin:

  1. You will need to provide TWO (2) proof of residence: 
    1. One (1) from the primary list 
    2. One (1) from the secondary list.
  2. Immunization record
  3. An official birth certificate

Your child will be confirmed for their grade level once all required documentation is received.  Once a grade level has reached its capacity, any new enrollees will be transferred to one of our other school sites where space is available.

Proof of Residence is required to register and for enrollment to be accepted.
All enrollments must show evidence you reside within District boundaries. 
You must provide two (2) POR, one from each category. 
The ONLY acceptable documents are:
 
One (1) Primary POR
  •  Current mortgage statement, payment coupon
  •  Current property tax statement
  •  Signed rental contract, lease or payment receipts
  •  Escrow papers/construction contract with expected move in date

AND 
One (1) Secondary POR 
  • Current utility service contract (water, gas, electric) statement or payment receipts\
  • Monthly correspondence from a government agency (ie: unemployment/benefit statement)
  • Current pay stub with your name/address

Transitional Kindergarten (TK) is the first year of a two-year kindergarten program that uses a modified kindergarten curriculum that is age and developmentally appropriate. The TK  program is focused on early literacy experiences, social and emotional development, self-regulation and self-help skills, and motor skill development. TK is a bridge between preschool and kindergarten that prepares the youngest preschool students for educational success. Children entering TK in the 2024-25 school year must be born on or before June 2, 2020.
 
Kindergarten - Children entering Kindergarten in the 2024-2025 school year must be 5 (five) years old by September 1, 2024.

    1. Oral Health Form
    2. The Oral Health form will need to be signed and completed by a dental professional. You may download and print the Oral Health Form above prior to starting online enrollment.

  5. Bus Rider Authorization Form, if your child will be riding the bus (included in enrollment form) 
  6. Home Language Survey (included in the enrollment form)

TK PM Session at 11:00 a.m.

K - 8 grades at 8:10 a.m.

 

Dismissal times are as follows:

TK AM Session at 11:50 a.m.

TK PM Session at 2:45 p.m.

Kindergarten at 1:35 p.m.

1-3 grade  2:15 p.m.

4-6 grade  2:45 p.m.

7-8 grade  3:15 p.m
