NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Kern County Consortium SELPA and the
Superintendents’ Executive Council hereby give notice
that a Public Hearing will be held as follows:
TOPIC OF HEARING:
Final review and adoption of the SELPA-wide Annual Budget and Service Plans for the
2025-26 school year.
Note: Each SELPA local plan requires that a Budget and Service Plan
component be submitted annually. The Annual Budget and Service
Plans for the 2025-26 school year are due to the CDE on or before June
30, 2025. This public hearing enables the Kern County Consortium
SELPA to comply with that instruction.
The Annual Budget and Service Plans will be posted after April 25th,
2025 on the SELPA website for viewing:
https://kern.org/selpa/selpa-local-plan/
At the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the Superintendents’ Executive Council
will adopt the plans for the Kern County Consortium SELPA.
