Superintendent

Kelly Miller earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University Northridge in 1985.  In 1998, she received her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from University of La Verne and her masters in Administrative Services from Fresno Pacific University in 2005.

Mrs. Miller’s career began in marketing working at KGET-TV and serving as the Western Region Coordinator of Public Affairs for Contel from 1986-1993.  Her career in education began in the Norris School District in 1996.  Utilizing her business and teaching background, Mrs. Miller has successfully served as an administrator:  2004-2005, Norris Middle School Vice Principal; 2005-2007, Olive Drive Elementary Principal; 2007-2012, Veterans Elementary Principal; Assistant Superintendent 2012-2015; Superintendent 2015-current.  In addition to her career in the Norris School District, Mrs. Miller is a Norris alumni class of 1976.

Kelly and her husband of 28 years reside in the Norris School District.  They have 2 children – a son (25) and daughter (21) both graduates of Norris.
